El Mero Molcajete
“Molcajete” refers to a traditional Mexican mortar and pestle used to grind and mix ingredients. The “Mero Mocajete” dish typically consists of Mexican chorizo, beef, chicken, and shrimp sautéed with nopal, jalapeño pepper, and spring onion served with a sauce made from a mixture of roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chili peppers that are ground together in a mocajete. The sauce may also contain other ingredients such as cilantro, lime juice, and salt to taste. The dishes are usually served with a side of rice and/or tortillas. Overall, Mero Mocajete is a flavorful and satisfying dish that showcases the vibrant flavors and traditions of Mexican cuisine.

A dish full of flavor, which combines a generous portion of beef marinated at just the right point and grilled to obtain the authentic Chapin flavor. Served with Chives, Refried Beans, White Rice, Salad, Pico de Gallo with Avocado Slices and Golden Tortillas
